You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use wlnpkr. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each individual player may hold only one active wlnpkr account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — will be closed, and any balances across all linked accounts may be forfeited in line with our anti-fraud policy.

2.3 wlnpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the contact information held on their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
These Terms are published in English and apply to all players accessing wlnpkr from Pakistan, including cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, and all other locations.
3.1 Age Requirement: Access to and use of the wlnpkr platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age threshold applies regardless of the legal minimum gambling age in any specific jurisdiction the Player may be accessing the platform from.
3.2 Age Verification: wlnpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification displaying date of birth.
3.3 Underage Access: In the event that wlnpkr determines that a Player is, or was at the time of registration, under the age of 21, wlnpkr shall immediately suspend or close the relevant account, void all wagers placed by that Player, and return any deposited funds less any amounts won through wagers (which shall be forfeited). wlnpkr will report underage gambling attempts to appropriate regulatory bodies as required.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions: It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the wlnpkr platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. wlnpkr makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction beyond those in which it is explicitly licensed.
4.1 Single Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the wlnpkr platform. A "Player" for the purposes of this clause means a unique individual, identified by their personal details including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment credentials. The use of multiple accounts — including accounts registered with different mobile numbers, email addresses, or names — is a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Accurate Information: Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account on wlnpkr. wlnpkr reserves the right to close any account registered using false, misleading, or incomplete information, and to forfeit any balance held in that account.
4.3 Registration Data: You agree to provide your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address during registration. This information is used for account verification, security communications, and KYC purposes.
4.4 Account Updates: Players must keep their account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to registered mobile numbers must be verified through wlnpkr's account verification process. wlnpkr accepts no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated account information.
5.1 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their wlnpkr login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
5.2 wlnpkr will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or through any channel other than the login screen of the wlnpkr platform. Any communication purporting to be from wlnpkr requesting your password should be reported to our support team immediately.
5.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. wlnpkr accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such unauthorized access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
5.4 wlnpkr provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. Players are strongly encouraged to activate 2FA through their account security settings. Accounts with 2FA enabled are significantly more resistant to unauthorized access.
5.5 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify wlnpkr's support team immediately via live chat. wlnpkr will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account pending investigation.
6.1 wlnpkr accepts deposits via the following methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods and minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change.
6.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on wlnpkr is Rs 100 (Pakistani Rupees). There is no maximum deposit limit, though wlnpkr reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as required by its licensing obligations.
6.3 Deposit Currency: All deposits on wlnpkr are accepted and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied for Pakistani players using supported payment methods. Your wlnpkr account balance is maintained in PKR at all times.
6.4 Third-Party Payments: wlnpkr strictly prohibits deposits from payment methods not registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits received from third-party payment sources may be refunded and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
6.5 wlnpkr accepts no liability for delays or failures in deposit processing caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers. If a deposit does not appear in your wlnpkr balance within a reasonable time, please contact our support team with proof of payment.
7.1 Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) at any time via the withdrawal section of their wlnpkr account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to the method's availability and the Player's verified identity.
7.2 Processing Times: wlnpkr targets the following withdrawal processing times from the point of approval: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 5 to 15 minutes; Bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) — same business day for requests submitted before 8:00 PM PKT; Card withdrawals — 1 to 3 business days. 7.3 KYC Requirement: wlnpkr may require Players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests, or upon reaching cumulative withdrawal thresholds. Required documents typically include a copy of the Player's CNIC, proof of the payment method used, and in some cases proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
7.4 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount on wlnpkr is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.5 wlnpkr reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations. In such cases, wlnpkr will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.
8.1 wlnpkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, validity periods, and maximum bonus amounts.
8.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds issued by wlnpkr must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion terms before they can be converted to withdrawable cash balance. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus must result in Rs 30,000 of eligible wagers before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus-related balance.
8.3 Eligible Games: Not all games on the wlnpkr platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games, and some games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.
8.4 One Bonus at a Time: Players may generally not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited. Players should ensure existing bonuses are either completed or opted out of before claiming new promotional offers.
Bonus Abuse: Structured wagering designed to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk roulette or baccarat wagering to clear high-contribution-rate bonuses — is considered bonus abuse. wlnpkr reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
8.5 wlnpkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a Player has claimed a bonus, the terms in effect at the time of claiming shall govern that specific bonus.
9.1 Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on wlnpkr are subject to acceptance by the system and may be declined or limited at wlnpkr's discretion, particularly for high-stakes or unusual betting patterns. A bet is only confirmed when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the Player.
9.2 Odds: wlnpkr reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors. If a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous (for example, due to a system error), wlnpkr reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake, regardless of the outcome of the relevant event.
9.3 Event Cancellation & Postponement: If a sporting event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled or postponed, bets will generally be void and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, in which case bets may stand at wlnpkr's discretion. Specific rules for cricket matches, including PSL fixtures and international Pakistan matches, are published in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
9.4 In-Play Betting: wlnpkr offers live in-play betting on eligible sporting events. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. wlnpkr reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice. Any bets placed during a temporary suspension period will be reviewed and may be voided at wlnpkr's discretion.
9.5 Results: Results are determined by reference to official sources for the relevant sport. For cricket, this includes the official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, etc.). In the event of a discrepancy, the official source data takes precedence over any broadcast or third-party data.
10.1 All casino game outcomes on the wlnpkr platform — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer games, table games, and game shows — are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems certified by independent testing laboratories. wlnpkr makes no warranty that any Player will win any particular amount or percentage of their wagers.
10.2 Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or network interruption during a casino game, wlnpkr reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet. Where a malfunction affects the outcome of a game in a way that has already been settled, wlnpkr will investigate and may correct the settlement at its discretion.
10.3 Live Casino Disconnection: If a Player is disconnected from a live casino game mid-round, wlnpkr's system will attempt to complete the game round according to the relevant game rules. wlnpkr accepts no liability for losses resulting from disconnection caused by the Player's internet connection, device, or network provider.
10.4 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific return over any individual session or number of spins.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wlnpkr platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

13.2 wlnpkr's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the Player's net deposits made to the platform in the 12 months preceding the relevant event.
13.3 wlnpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the wlnpkr platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
13.4 wlnpkr accepts no liability for the accuracy of any third-party live scores, statistics, or data feeds provided for informational purposes within the platform. Players should not rely solely on such data when making wagering decisions.
14.1 If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the wlnpkr platform, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five business days.
14.2 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by our support team, you may escalate the matter in writing to wlnpkr's compliance department. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the wlnpkr team within 10 business days.
14.3 wlnpkr's decision on the outcome of sporting events and casino game rounds is final and binding, except in cases where an error in the settlement can be demonstrated by reference to official result sources.

15.1 wlnpkr reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at wlnpkr.site/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated.
15.2 wlnpkr will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes to these Terms via email or in-account notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case they may take immediate effect.
15.3 Your continued use of the wlnpkr platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wlnpkr holds its international gaming license. wlnpkr operates under a valid license issued by an internationally recognized gaming regulatory authority.
16.2 By accepting these Terms, Players acknowledge that wlnpkr is an internationally licensed operator and that the laws of its licensing jurisdiction, rather than Pakistani domestic law, govern the contractual relationship between wlnpkr and its Players with respect to platform use and any disputes arising therefrom.
